Em outras palavras, socialismo participativo, democr\u00e1tico, economia mista. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Ebrima;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">O \u201cEstado democr\u00e1tico\u201d nasceu viciado pelos \u201cprinc\u00edpios liberais do s\u00e9culo XIX\u201d (cf. Pio XII, em 14.07.1954) e o principal v\u00edcio \u00e9 a estrutura capitalista, que organiza a economia na forma de \u201ctrustes econ\u00f4micos\u201d (inclusive asquerosos latif\u00fandios). <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Ebrima;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Como explicou Pio XII e outros papas, <span style=\"color: #800000;\">para haver o controle social sobre o Estado, a sociedade deve criar m\u00faltiplas formas de participa\u00e7\u00e3o, de mecanismos e \u00f3rg\u00e3os de controle e de participa\u00e7\u00e3o das pessoas sobre os \u00f3rg\u00e3os administrativos do Estado, nos tr\u00eas poderes do Estado. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Ebrima;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Para haver <span style=\"color: #800000;\">o controle popular sobre o Estado<\/span>, deve ser organizado <span style=\"color: #800000;\">o poder popular, atrav\u00e9s de m\u00faltiplas formas de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhadores.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Ebrima;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">\u00c9 preciso juntar os trabalhadores assalariados \u00e0s outras camadas honestas da popula\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; os artes\u00e3os, artistas, pequenos burgueses, camponeses, profissionais liberais, t\u00e9cnicos e tecn\u00f3logos, servidores p\u00fablicos, pequenos prestadores de servi\u00e7os etc. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A doutrina social da Igreja quer a supera\u00e7\u00e3o do Estado capitalista, a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o da democracia liberal em democracia popular, social e participativa.
